Hey Ladies… just a reminder in case you have found yourself with a free Sunday, October 9th… Captured Moments is hosting a “Passionately Pink” Crop event from 10am until 6pm at the store. This is just like our regular 8 hour crop except that 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation on behalf of the Captured Moments Pink Ladies! Sunday’s Crop kicks off a month full of  “Pink” events to continue to raise money for Breast Cancer research. Watch for postings detailing our other offerings throughout the month!

The Captured Moments September Crop is our big Anniversary Crop being help at the Settles Hill Banquet Hall on Sunday, September 25th, 2011 from 9am until 10pm. Please note that it is SUNDAY and not Saturday like our usual monthly crop day. If you were to show up to Settles Hill on Saturday, you would be crashing someone’s wedding!

Here is a printable flyer for the Anniversary Crop along with directions to the Settles Hill Banquet Hall. (The location is only about 8 miles from Captured Moments, just off Rt 20 in Altamont)

Captured Moments will be draped in “pink” during October as we join the fight against breast cancer and support the Susan G. Koman “Passionately Pink” program.  We will host a “Passionately Pink Crop on Sunday, October 9th from 10am until 6pm. The crop fee is $30 and 100% of the proceeds will be donated. This crop will feature a tasty lunch buffet, snacks, beverages and desserts as well as goodie bags, prizes and, of course, lot’s of fun!!

We would love to have all our best scrapbooking friends join us to raise money for a cause that has touched every one of us, one way or another.  We will open this crop up to a maximum of 30 croppers so register as soon as possible, we do expect a sell-out!  Click Here to Register for this Crop now!

If you are unable to join us for the Crop but would like to contribute to the “Captured Moments Pink Ladies” Team, you can do so with a click of the mouse at our Passionately Pink Website.

Captured Moments will also offer a special Make and Take on Saturday, October 8th at the store anytime between 10am and 2pm. This “Pink” Make & Take will cost $4 with 100% of the proceeds being donated. This special Make & Take will be offered for croppers at the crop as well.

We have opened the registration for December 2011 Captured Moments Crop. We decided on a “Family Traditions” theme since we are getting close to the Holidays and that is a perfect time of year to follow those favorite family traditions. We decided to also use this theme to sneak in Dad’s famous Pasta Sauce and Meatballs for dinner since we haven’t used this favorite family tradition yet this year!
