This project was offered as a Tuesday Make & Take. Basically, we went through all of our “stash” and pulled a bunch of fun stuff that we thought would work for this book idea. We found mini envelopes, badge covers, clock faces, tags, die cuts, library pockets, library cards, and journaling cards as well as a plethora of odds & ends to add to the interest. If you haven’t done so already, start looking more closely at the packaging that your embellishments come in… they sometimes make great little altered projects! An Inquiry About Our Christmas Trees!

How exciting… we received a phone call from California from a woman who had seen Maura’s Christmas Trees on our website/blog and wanted some more information! Maura, the creator of these great decorations, posted a number of blog entries on her blog about this class held at captured Moments. Here is the link to her blog entries

Here are some more images of the finished trees for anyone who wants to give this project a try. The three cone trees along with their stands came together as a set.
