Renew Your Cutting Mat with Ease!
Product ReviewTiffany and I wanted to start a “product review” category for our blog and periodically share our opinions on new, old, good and bad product out there. We were introduced to a product (or products) that we immediately jumped on. We ordered it and as soon as it arrived, we tried it out… you are going to love this, especially if you own a Cricut Machine!!!
Stick Away and Stick & Spray are now available in the store and on on-line. (We are offering free shipping to anywhere in the US)
Tiffany and I went through a bunch of our cricut mats and resurfaced them… they are like new. Of course the cutting marks do not go away, but removing the old, built-up adhesive and putting a clean, fresh temporary stick on does make the mats work like new! We use the cricut almost daily and when we use it for business, we cut so much, we were going through mats like crazy.
These two products, which work great together but certainly have separate uses too, get a definite “Wow” from us, we are very excited about Stick Away and Stick & Spray!

I just wanted to ask maybe do you think it would be a good idea to tape off the edges before you spray the Stick and Spray?

Hi Ginger… Definitely, taping off the edges would help to keep the Spray & Stick on the cutting surface and not also on the edges… I actually said that to Tiffany after we sprayed the first mat. The tackiness of the temporary adhesive is great. Have you ever noticed how hard it is to remove your cut pieces from a newer Cricut mat? The tackiness is too strong… the surface created with the Stick & Spray is perfect.

I saw this product before and wondered if it really worked. I’m glad to know it does. I’ll have to come up soon and pick some up. I have been saving mats for just this reason.
