CAPTURED MOMENTS BLOG

Ok, so each morning we gathered at the main entrance to the convention floor and as it got closer and closer, the excitement built… Besides the Cricut booth being immediately inside the doors, Mr. Tim Holtz was scheduled to demo his new Sizzix Vagabond Machine from 9-10am along with autographing “alterations faded textures embossing folders”… (while supplies last). For the first two days, Tiff and I avoided the mad, stampede and went in the complete opposite direction. We admit, by day 3, we couldn’t help ourselves, we played right into the hype and rushed to the Sizzix booth hoping to get the autographed folders!

He's a cutie for sure, always smiling and happy stop to chat!

Well, we survived our first CHA… Tiffany handled flying pretty well, although the anticipation of only being 15 minutes from Albany on the way home shook her up a bit. She “white-knuckled” it for the whole descent and let out a few minor yelps as the plane turned and landed.

C-H-I-C-A-G-O… here we come, ready or not! We are excited, but already overwhelmed by our trip for CHA Summer. (Leaving in about 2 hours… I,think) I guess we are as ready as we will ever be! We have read 100 e-mails, have spoken to 100 different people and are just anxious to get there and see it for ourselves.

We have a few goals to accomplish at CHA but the main thing is for us to get excited with new ideas and to bring back new products and the ideas, to you! We have been seeing many sneak peeks leading up to CHA and we do like what we see. I am going to try and post some pics while we are away, but we will see if I can keep up, I’m not making any promises!
