Build Your Own Book Club Tutorial “Vacation” Week #2

Here is some additional instruction for the BYOB Vacation club album. Week #2 covers pages 2 and 3. Here is page 2 (shown complete)

For this week, we are adding “Paper Bliss 3-d Accents”. These embellishments will be used in week 4 and 7 as we will also go back to week 1 and use them there.

Page 2 in all it's parts

You will need the long rectangul label from your accessory sheet from week 1. Tear the long side off each of the 2″x8″ printed papers and ink all edges. Refer to the image and adhere all parts. keep the ends of the label unsecured so that you can add fiber to the holes at a later time.

Here is the basic layout of Page 2 until we add more embellishments

You will be adding more embellishments to this page in weeks 4,5,6 & 10.

Now we will go back to week 1, page 1 and add the “vacation” sticker to the oval label.

Now we will go to page 20 & add the “escape” sticker.

Add the escape sticker to the bottom left corner, as shown.

Now we will move onto page 3. Here is the complete Page 3.

From the accessory sheet in week 1 you will need the “Today” tag and the blue floral design.

Again, you will tear the long ends of each of the 2″x8″ pieces of printed paper. Punch a hole in the “Today” tag. Ink all parts and refer to the images for placement. Adhere the page together.
