Here is the Captured Moment’s Build Your Own Book (B.Y.O.B) Club weekly tutorial. These articles along with the page images should assist club members in putting your weekly pages together.

Week #2 covers pages 2 and 3 of the book. This week’s extra embellishment is K&co. Adhesive Chipboard Swirls and Words. This extra embellishment will be used in week’s 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Additional elemnets will be added to page 2 in week 4. Additional elements will be added to page 3 in week 9.

Can you believe we are at the tail end of July already? When is our summer going to begin? It has been a bit dreary, so hopefully, the July issue of the Kit Terrific Klub will cheer things up! The Captured Moment’s monthly scrapbook kit club just gets better and better and this month’s kit is one of the best. We combined some absolutely beautiful papers from a company called “Webster’s Pages” and great embellishments from Jenni Bowlin and came up with an “All American” Vintage scrapbook kit that will blow you away. Here is this month’s scrapbook kit in all of it’s glory…

The Captured Moment’s B.Y.O.B. (Build Your Own Book) Club is underway and off to a great start! The 1st week issued on Friday, July 17th and includes the 1st and the 20th pages of the book. This article will demonstrate a step-by-step guide to putting these two pages together. Remember, some of your pages will not be complete until later weeks, when additional elements get added.

When you open your kit, make sure all of the pieces are accounted for and follow along. Between the instructional sheet included in the kit and this blog entry, you should have no problem!

Tiffany and I recently had a bought of ‘Spring Cleaning” (a little late in the season, we will admit!). What we have accomplished is, for us, a wonderful feeling of organization and serenity! Wow, we can’t believe what a little bit of “cleaning” will do for the soul! We would like to share some of the wonderful things we came across while cleaning out the back storage room of our store! These are mostly past Class projects, but nonetheless, they are great idea generators. Do you recognize any??

This week’s scrapbook page kit is a summer, beach/swimming layout with 8 3×3 inch photo mats and a die-cut sun. This page featured bright, colorful paper from the Cosmo Cricket “snorkel” line. It’s a new paper line in our store that we featured in the June crop’s Beach Party Goodie bags.

Affectionately referred to as the B.Y.O.B club, Captured Moments is starting yet another fun-filled and exciting adventure in Scrapbooking! This new club is designed as a 10 week program where participants commit to the purchase of a weekly 2-page kit issue. At the end of 10 weeks, you have completed a 20 page 8″x8″ album completely scrapped, embellished and ready for photos. There is no weekly time commitment, other than stopping by to pick up the kit for that week. The program is limited to 18 participants and the club is filling fast, there are only a few spots left!
