Every Wednesday, Captured Moments issues a new 12″x 12″ scrapbook page kit. We call it our “Page Express” page kits. These pages are pre-cut and ready for assembly. The kits include everything you need to complete the page as shown in the sample. Here is this week’s page kit.

To better illustrate what a “Page Express’ scrapbook page kit is from Captured Moments, I have laid out the kit (in a pictorial) and shown a few quick and easy steps for assembly.

Opening the Page Express kit, you will find all your papers pre-cut, as well as any additional embellishments such as lettering, ribbons, stickers, etc.

Also included in the kit is a schematic diagram of the page that includes a color image of the sample page. These schematics can be saved and compiled into a handy lay-out idea folder to be used again with new papers and new occasions!)

Next, following the diagram provided, you would lay out the page, making sure all parts were accounted for and to get a sense of an order for taping the parts down.

If you’ve ever browsed through our posts or looked at any of our pages, you have probably noticed that not much gets by us without being inked! If you like to ink your edges, you would now take the time to ink all the page parts before assembly.

You can see how inking adds an extra layer of depth and interest to the paper, defining it's edges and really popping out the parts

The last thing left to do is assembly. Since you have already laid out the papers, it’s just a quick and easy last step. Literally, you can make this page and add your photos in about 10 minutes! (And if you don’t ink, 5 minutes!)

Using a good quality adhesive that you are comfortable with will make assembly even easier
